Mission Statement

Sport Newfoundland and Labrador is the volunteer organization committed to the promotion and advancement of amateur sport throughout the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. It represents the collective interests and goals of its members through:

• The provision of various programs and services;

• Liaising and lobbying with government, communities, media and other representative organizations, and;

• The provision of direction and leadership on issues which affect its members. 

Sport Newfoundland and Labrador must continue to be sensitive to the changing needs of sport and develop new policies, programs, and services which will meet the future needs of its members.
